Met Irfan after work today.Due to the Chingay Parade we couldn't go to Orchard to shop.:( Too crowded. So we had dinner at Manhattan Fish Market at PS. Food was ok but i think i prefer Fish & Co.Went to Starbucks for a drink & a fag after.
