I've been too lazy to blog. Actually ah, I've be too lazy to do anything at all...hahahahaha I just rot away in hall. I'm such a pig. All I do is go to school, eat and sleep. Anyway, I think I'm running out of clothes to wear to school. My cupboard is like freaking full but somehow I always feel like I've nothing new to wear. I hate wearing back the same clothes. I'm just so gay tt way. I have to have like a 2 week gap before I can wear back something. Heh.. It's times like this tt I wish we wore uniforms instead.
That aside, our (me, my roomie & andi) search for a malay guy friend from hall has been unsuccessful. This sux. Hall life seems so freakin' munjen sometimes.Won't it be great if we had a malay guy/girl fren with a car tt could drive us to geylang during puasa to buy food? Sigh.. Must search some more..Ramadan is coming! Yay! FOOD!! ( I'm probably the only idiot tt associates fasting month with more food...:P )

Life sux

I think it sucks to me sometimes. I hate the fact tt i suck at sports. It's not like I don't try.I just can't seem to play any sport. Sporty ppl intimidate me.It's bloody embarassing. I can't seem to find a cca to join. I'm not gd at anything. It's bloody unfair. Everyone's supposed to be gd at something. I can't play sports, I can't do art, I suck academically,I'm not pretty,I can't play a musical instrument and of late it seems tt I can't sing too. Maybe I'm a born loser.Bleah. Life sucks. I forsee a pessimistic and depressed Shazleen. :(

Shopping!!!

I bought myself another Betsey Johnson bag yesterday. heh.. couldn't resist the discount of 50%. Too bad this also means I'm now $115 poorer.(not including the other stuff i bought..heh)

Ya so anyway, went to the Zouk flea market with Shy after tt. Surprisingly there were more gd stuff for guys than girls. Saw Channel 8 celebs setting up stalls there too. I bought 3 things altogether.

A Topshop leopard print tube which to my horror was from the Petite range & tagged a UK 4! Thank God i could fit into it.
A dress tt Shy also bought but in maroon.
And my favourite find for the day, the "I love Seth Cohen" tee!! It's so what i want... hahhaa..

Ok now I'm very poor. :(

Of school & food.

So we're into the second week of school already. The assignments are gonna start pouring in. Not gd. I've never been much of a mugger but i think this time i ought to start studying. Heh..
Anyway, I soooo cannot stand my 2 hour English lectures especially the grammar ones. Drab i tell you. 45 minutes in and i K.O already. It doesn't help tt grammar lectures are held early Monday morning. Bleah..
I think I've been eating a little too much while at hall.. heh.. I soooo should start jogging or something.. Last night, Shy, Andi & moi rushed to Cafe by The Quad at 2030 to eat dinner. Thank God it wasn't closed. The food there is goooood & the helping is like a lot ah..but a bit more pricey than the rest of the school. I ate seafood spaghetti . Oh and each of us bought a slice of cake. So together there was chocolate truffle cake, chocolate marble cheese cake & tiramisu cake. YUMMMMM...hahhahaa Luckily we walked back to hall after eating or else i think i would like put on a lot of weight. heh.
On a side note, I signed up for netball for the inter-block games...hahahhahha.. They are so gonna lose with me playing. But i have to collect points mah.. so join lor.. I actually thought of joining scrabble..hehe. And yesterday while looking through the photos of old events on the canteen noticeboard, i realised tt my cousin was in the same hall as me. hehe.. The same cousin who was in Canteen A one table away from me but didn't recognise me at all. Thinking back i also dunno what he was doing there since he already graduated albeit just.

I'm a happy girl today. Bought a dress from River Island and a pair of 'superskinny' (actually just skinny enuf la..) green jeans. :D Oh and today I realised how much Irfan misses me. He actually really really misses me a lot, which i find very cute. Heh.. it's only been a few days after all. Anyway I still need to find a bag for sch tt is pretty yet strong enuf to withstand the weight of my books & laptop. Noe of any?

are manyhello i cut my hair.. i don't like how the fact tt it's very flat now. Hopefully it wouldn't be so flat after a few washes.. heh..Do i look dumb with the new hair? I myself ain't sure. heh..
Hair aside, on the eve of National Day NIE held its project runway. Each GESL (group endeavours in service learning) group had to design an outfit unique to Singapore. My group did a sort of patchwork sarong. Yusman was a great model with lots of poise & confidence..heh but alas we didn't win. Nevertheless my groupmates are a fun bunch. Hall Life

I'm back from hall for the first time. I kinda like staying in hall. Heh.. My room's pretty cosy. It's cool tt my roomate, Shy, and I both happen to buy like black & white bedsheets so our room looks pretty colour-coordinated. Oh my hall canteen is like U.N la.. There are so many Indian nationals, China ppl & ang mohs. They outnumber the locals. heh..

Anyway, went for the NTU Welcome Bash on Monday at the Nanyang Auditorium. The first part was pretty boring because they had like those bands performing. It got better later when the Dbl O DJ started. I think i can only dance when it's dark .. i'm pretty self concious..heh..Anyway, it's odd to see ppl like getting wasted so fast. Some guy even like passed out in the loo and had to be like carried out ah.. All in all it was pretty fun but i was bloody tired. Nearly 'died' in sch the next day..especially since Tue was my long day. I actually have photos but i stupidly left my cable in hall so yeah i can't transfer any pics to the comp.
Played cards yesterday night with Hui Cheng & the guys. I suck at playin cards. Totally forgot how. Mau was like directing me all the way..hahaha..
I'm still deciding wat CCA to join. It's giving me a headache. heh.. ah well tt's all i guess. HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!!!! :P

School's starting tomorrow. I'm kinda excited yet afraid. I can't wait to get off my arse & actually do something but I'm worried about coping with schoolwork. My timetable is pretty lax. Hopefully I don't get bored.

Speaking of school,I have like no clothes to wear now because most of my clothes are in my hostel room. HEh... My mum says i brought too many over.. I brought over quite a bit of stuff. I'm just so Kiasu..:P Anyway my laptop is arriving tomorrow. Hopefully the delivery man doesn''t get lost in NTU.

I think I'm gonna miss my mummy when I'm in hostel. heh.

So I've been away for awhile. Had my BABSc Orientation Camp from the 28th-30th. It was actually pretty fun. The haunted house at Nanyang Playhouse was pretty good i admit. We screamed a lot. heh.. Amazing race on the second day was tiring. I felt like an alien in the West. I sooo am not a West-side person. Later tt night, they opened up the gym as though it was a dance floor. My og mates and I danced non-stop till one plus in the morning. So fun!

Anyway, moved some of my stuff into my hostel room today. I'm in Hall 11,BLk 55.It's pretty cosy i think. Not hot at all eventhough there's no aircon. The bus-stop is very near too. Bought my laptop today. It's a red Dell Inspiron. I think school's gonna be ok. :D
